Coffee Tutorials Latte Art 101

The Swan is probably the first pour which, when you're able to pour it properly, shows you that you have the basics of latte art down. It incorporates a number of basic techniques, in combination to achieve the final pour.

They are:

Setting the crema:

Pouring a rosetta base:

Pushing in bulbs:

Cutting through latte art:

Pouring hearts:
