Description
It's always nice to see a coffee which not only represents the origin well, but gives a little bit extra. Those familiar with quality coffees from Brazil know that over the years, experimentation has seen the typical and familiar flavours of chocolate and nuts make way for completely unique cup characteristics.
What I like about Macelo's coffee from Fazenda Mumbuca is that in the cup it pays homage to the classic Brazil flavour profile, but also has a more unique red fruit sweetness to offer in the cup.
The cup characteristics mimic Marcelo's professional career – leaving after many years of experience at a larger coffee company to pursue his own farm. Now his son Henrique has also joined the team – together they're looking forward to a bright future.
