Description
Fazenda Irmas Pereira (or “Pereira Sisters”) is owned by Maria Valeria and Maria Rogeria. The two sisters grew up on the farm (then Fazenda Serrado), which was purchased by their parents in the 1970s.
As the years have passed, the two sisters have taken on more responsibilities at the farm, before taking over the farm management. The 90-acre farm grows Bourbon variety trees, and favours natural processing.
In the cup we have a medium nutty body, with toffee and subtle red fruit acidity. A great way to start the year with your morning flat white, from their family, to our family, to yours.
