The family owns the two farms as well as a small micromill called Cerro San Luis, in the West Valley of Costa Rica.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003eIn the interest of taking their coffee to the next level, they replaced a lot of the older coffee trees on the farm four years ago, with a lot of well known specialty coffee varieties local to Costa Rica.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003eThe mill is located on the property nearby where the family lives.
