Description

This coffee was one of those ones on the cupping table that was love at first sip. When buying this round of limited releases, the current coffee prices were at eye-watering highs - pricing we just have not seen in our careers as coffee professionals. However, when we sipped this one we thought ‘at least it’s a banger!’

Finca El Girasol is only approximately 5 acres. Back in 2011, owner Willian decided to remove other crops from the farm, and focus solely on producing specially coffee. Willian’s dedication to quality and refining his cultivation techniques have led to the farm being noted as one of the
best in the region.

This meticulous attention to detail contributes to the coffee's clean and vibrant flavour profile. You’ll find plenty of juicy sweetness, and a dark caramel aftertaste that will linger long after your
final sip.
