Description
Fazenda Severino is a story of perseverance. Vicente and his wife Helena came from families with coffee in their blood, before starting their own journey as coffee producers.
Starting with 70 hectares of previously degraded land used for cattle pasture, the family slowly regenerated the land and planted 30 hectares of coffee trees. Their efforts have helped to revitalise the area, now fertile and prosperous.
Over the subsequent years, the family has bought six neighbouring properties to further increase the capacity at the farm. Now enjoying the fruits of their labour, you'll notice a dark chocolate body in the cup with subtle sweetness, and hints of spice.
