How it Works

You'll use your bag of beans across the challenge, with a daily video delivered to your inbox with a single topic to learn. You should watch the video before you make your coffee, and then try and repeat the process on your machine.

Requirements

To participate, you will need a home espresso machine, either with a built in grinder or a separate grinder with the ability to adjust the grind setting.

Optional: A set of digital scales accurate to 0.1g.
